My RT ANA FC flight booked for October got cancelled, and apparently the original ticket I booked back in June 2020 was only good till December of 2021, which wasn't enough of an extension, so I just cancelled it. However, the refund sent to me was apparently the cash value of the ticket (as it shows to Virgin) -- $1200, which I had booked with 120k points and $50. Mixed feelings about a 'defacto' cash out at 1CPP so I'll just see what actually posts before deciding to escalate or not.
