Itīs crystal clear on the IB website that oneworld Sapphire and Emerald get extra luggage allowance on flights operated by Iberia.

Shows extra baggage allownce for Ibplus Platino, Oro and Plata + ow Emerald & Sapphire.

There are no special luggage allowance for ow Ruby, but there are for IbPlus Plat when flying on Iberia operated flights.
