It is possible to raise the partition between the two seats as well as the one behind the TV screens.
I would suggest that you take E&F plus one of the D&G.
I would not like to be the pax sitting in the other D or G with the chatting noise.
Also note that the TV screen will prevent you from seeing the opposite passenger unless you bend sideways. There will be only a small opening if there is another pax closing their screens:
