Purchased points, bonus points didn’t show, who to call

I decided to take advantage of the bonus this week on purchased points in order to top off my account. I got the base amount of points immediately, but the bonus never posted. Has anyone had an issue with a purchase and figured out who to contact? The email receipt literally provides no information on how to contact them about a problem with the order. And ihg’s chatbot is completely useless.
