How are the rooms?
Fine as usual, wine and some sweets as welcome gift.
How is the exec. lounge?
horrible, instead lounge there is plus one bar. Normally you could make a cup of coffee or tea yourself, take a drink or juice from the fridge or help yourself with a cookie, fruits or cake. Now you have to ask the bartender for everything. Also, breakfast is served only in the restaurant on the first floor. The lounge is not open from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm as stated on the hotel website, but only from 12 noon. Terrible changes. Most of the staff come from Ukraine and do not speak Polish or English well or at all.
What was good and what was bad?
Consierge Michal Borowiak helpful as always, unfortunetly leaving the hotel very soon...
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
