Have you done this walk yourself? Others have stated it's much more difficult/dangerous than it appears.

Also, your'e in Tahiti! I think many people want to start their vacation the right away, which is why the IC is so popular for the first night on Tahiti crowd. I think the Hilton will reach a similar audience.
