Also, if you have points selected as your MyWay Benefit… the F&B credit is irrelevant at HGI… you’ll get the points and no credit.
I have the FB selected. I'll get a print out of the folio. I assumed corporate paying it somehow. The terms say it applies at checkout so I didn't know if it *should* show mid stay or only at end of stay. It seems like it would be harder to apply it instantaneously like you described, they'd have to know that was your first charge for the day. I'm just done wasting time, was aggravating asking about it first they had never heard of it, etc, etc...
If the folio shows the 2 adults, I think I'll just wait until after stay to fix a missing credit. I was adding to the bill tip to make it $20, to be nice to the employees. I don't think the folio will show FB selected (or will it? ). I'll try verifying with corp but the diamond CS line has a 20 minute wait...
No way I'd voluntarily pay even $10 for the half-of- Hampton inn breakfast.
