Yes, that's right - sorry I wasn't clear. It was for checking COVID documents. I also forgot to mention that after the queue left the baggage hall (which was about 70% of the length of the wait), there was one place the line *did* split: families with young children were taken off to a shorter queue. After the document check, there was one more line for the actual Covid test (which was quite quick), but that is gone now, with the new regulations in place.

1. In terms of checking COVID vaccine documentation, was it it your sense that they had already pre-validated the documentation you had provided through the pre-registration process (visit.covid.is)? Or were they seeing these documents for the first time when you arrived at KEF?
2. For a flight arriving at 6:30 am, how long would you estimate the TOTAL wait time to be (passport control and COVID check), considering that ten aircraft are scheduled to arrive from the US that same morning?
