I only have the rimowa carry-on because I can't see having my luggage banged up. I just bought a pelican for checked luggage. After seeing enough pictures of rimowas aluminum and poly looking like they just came out of a dumpster, no way I would buy an aluminum case for checkin. You're brave 😃
