You're not the only who realized the the quality of the agents have deteriorated. Indeed, before November 2020, I always had a better service with the QRPC WhatsApp team and always received a response within 5 minutes but since then things have changed ( copy-paste responses, wait times more than 3-4 hours, etc... ).
I wish QR re-instates a priority number for QRPC Gold and Platinum members. That was one of the best perks of being Platinum.
Although, I'll admit that the agents in the Doha HQ are generally helpful and provide a good level of customer service during complicated stuff.
