IIRC - the reason why El Al does not join an alliance is not related to "arab boycott".

At the minimum, MS flies CAI to TLV (via its subsidy 4D). And MS is the only Arabic *A member. So if El Al wants, El Al can try *A. Beside - even MS is government owned, Egypt-Israel relationship isn't that bad.
