You should be able to pull up published fares from third party sites on ITA Matrix as it has one of the most robust fare search functions of any site (particularly if you use advanced controls to restrict search to DL flights and so on). You can then generally use bookwithmatrix.com or ITA Matrix Powertools extension to pull up fares on delta.com for booking.
