Well, for the A321, they say the F count should be "similar" to the MAX10 20 count. Hopefully, that means at least 16.
I expect 20F, maybe even an outside chance of 24F.
UA will be taking delivery of the "ACF" configuration, which deletes the 2L/R door pair forward of the wings (these days it is very rare to use it for boarding, anyway... most newer deliveries do not have a full-height 2L) and adds 2 overwing exit pairs like an A320, plus a larger door 3.
