Barclays's terms are a bit vague with the "You may not be eligible for this offer if you currently have or previously had an account with us in this program" but there are DPs that ~2 years was enough to get the bonus again. In my opinion, 6 months probably too soon and a year might be okay; however, there's no real way to know unless you apply and see what happens.
