My miles were supposed to expire this September (2021). But today, I found it is extended to June 30, 2022. I didn't request them to do anything.
But I had an award ticket on an ANA flight in July (2021) but cancelled a week ago and the miles were deposited back in my account. The transaction must have happened within last few days.
Does anyone know if the extension of expiration date of miles is related to the cancellation of the award flight or any COVID related measure? I am curious.
