I booked with an IAP rate on AmexTravel.com and managed to grab two TATL round-trip business class fares for $2300 each but I wasn't happy with the return flight that had two connections instead of one (no direct options for my route). So I was playing around on the site during my 24-hour free cancellation period and thought I had a better option but couldn't get it to go through. So I called Centurion travel directly and she offered to try to get it for me. When she got my desired itinerary and cited $4800, I started to say "grab it" until she added, "each."
She even told me to re-check my original booking because she was certain that one or more of my flights must have kicked down to premium economy based on the fare I got, but I do have fully confirmed business class with seats assigned on all flights, combined LH/UA.
