For those of us without badges, can we also ask for a Super? If one comes, will s/he automatically take the side of the screener, or will s/he assume that PAX are capable of rationale thought as well? I ask seriously, because often times when one asks for a super in many customer services situations, one gets the response "I am the Supervisor, and there is no one higher." etc.
