My experience with PA

I have to say, the PS experience I had with a friend for a departure back in February was spectacular! The suite was stocked with literally anything you could possibly need or forgot to pack, all complimentary. Phone chargers, travel pillows, over the counter single dose medicines, cosmetics, hair products, etc. We were encouraged to take whatever we needed with us. It was frankly over the top. The catered food was excellent, the bar was likewise stocked with lots of premium snacks, drinks, and alcohol. My car was also washed when we got back (took an Uber to the PS terminal). The only thing of note is the suite lacked a shower, maybe they use different suites for arrivals and those have showers.

Going forward my understanding is that Centurion will have its own shared lounge space at PS. The soft experience I’m sure will be comparable to the “private” suites in terms of bar, drinks, snacks, etc. I doubt the amenities will be as generous (free take whatever you want/need stuff mentioned above).

Another thing to note, they were pretty busy. Our handler mentioned they were doing 40-50 transfers a day (this is during Covid lockdowns) and that they were doing many more pre Covid. There is definitely demand. Also, PS blows away anything ANY other airline offers for premium ground services (paid or not) including gulf carriers. We also got “randomly”searched by customs when we arrived at the plane before we were allowed to board. They kept asking about $10k+ cash or equivalents. I guess PS users have a reputation of smuggling 😹.
