June 25 - SEA-ONT flight 924, delayed departure of 1.5 hrs due to late incoming flight and delayed boarding (something was missing out of the first aid kit and it took 30 minutes to bring another kit to the gate - maintenance refused to allow boarding to commence until the bag was on the plane). Arrived into Ontario after midnight - all rental car companies were closed and Lyfts were about a 50 minute wait (no Ubers allowed at Ontario). Made it to our destination at 2:30 am. from original time of 10:30 pm.

Contacted Alaska and never even received a reply. I hate to think of the pax that don't have status and were in coach.
