In addition to what
ernestnywang mentioned, you would need to show your SFO-DOH boarding pass to the lounge agents in Los Angeles so lounge access might not be possible in LAX if you can't print your boarding pass online. The lounges being in different terminals wouldn't cause an issue but an e-ticket confirmation for the international flight wouldn't be sufficient.
