I know Alaska Airlines predominantly aims to target the NW Pacific market but I am sure there are many foreign members of Alaska Airlines who will soon lose status with AS due to Covid restrictions. I would normally take most of my US flights with AS and global flights with AS partners. My AS flights would be on average be the same as many US based members. I would consider myself a net positive revenue member of AS. I have 24 first class flights booked for November and December in the USA which now looks like will be cancelled due to being unable to travel to the USA.

I am wondering if any other members are in a similiar situation. I will most likely drop from 75K to regular member and therefore will be a free agent once travel resumes again internationally. I am unable to meet the AS metal requirement as well. I know AS extended status already but in reality this had zero benefit for AS members in Asia / Australia. We are still in the same situation as before. What experiences have people had on this or am I a tiny minority? The only option I can think off other than a begging letter to AS would be to get status matched to Delta.
