This will not work no way no how. Cebu Pacific is bare bones cheap airline - bags won't transfer AND you have to check in at the counter. This is NOT GONNA HAPPEN 0% -1,000% chance lol because no one can "enter" Korea to get bags and re-check in thanks to corona quarantine restrictions.
