They are doing some changes to the parking, trying to shift cars out of where they used to park and into other portions of the lot. The shuttle takes about twice as long now as it has double the path to cover. They are in the process of ripping out some of the pavement in the parking lot and putting in concrete in places, not quite sure of the plan.
They now have spots for off airport parking to drop you right at the door, just a few feet down from where the onsite parking shuttle stops. So we'll be going back to offsite parking as that will now reduce our walk.
Landed at the far end of B gates today and tood over an hour to get out of the airport with a bathroom stop, walking the distance, waiting for the parking shuttle. My luggage can easily beat me out now when we walk at my wife's pace. There was a cart at the bottom of the escalators in the tunnel to shuttle people back and forth through the tunnel, so looks like they are trying a few things to help out.
