Why doesn't it seem like something AA would restrict. After all, they are restricting transferring the preferred and MCE seating prizes.
The seating prizes are interesting in that they can also be used by others traveling on the same reservation. Of course if traveling on the same reservation as an elite, those people would have access to the same seats the elite has
AA likes talking about the number of prizes without having to cost them money. The seating prizes and the AC prizes have a cost associated with them, for all the people who would have used them instead of paying the standard fees
