Thanks and just looking at ABZ-DUB there is a GBP121 same day return fare with good transfers on Sept 11th and on a good few other days. Also ABZ-LHR same day similarly GBP160 ish and as ABZ is on my doorstep, it would look to be the best option so far. Heck I might even have a long weekend away and pretend its a proper holiday
. I have all my approx. 780K miles expiring 31st Dec, so its worth the effort to extend 24 months. That said, the current COVID entry requirements transiting through AMS from the UK will need to change to do it. Hopefully things will ease and a double vaccination certificate will suffice. Thanks.
