4 hours on the train, sure. But you have to get to and from the train station (let's call that 20 minutes on both ends, which is generous). Just drive it at that point - it's 3:30 unless it's rush hour. Or like you said, go direct on AA.
The train is more relaxing than the drive though, and parking in Philly isn't cheap. Business travelers have to consider liability on a POV or the hassle of a rental car. I vote nonstop on AA, but the train doesn't sound bad.
