Today I discover that DL has rebooked me SFO-ATL-RDU arriving at 9 am. I had used an RUC and this change put me on a 763 SFO-ATL instead of the 738 LAX-RDU, but I need to be at RDU very early.
I looked and the original itin was available.
I called, took about 10 minutes to get the call back and got put back on my original flights. The agent did take some extra time to be sure that the LAX-RDU flight wasn't being cancelled. But the call took 31 minutes because it had to go to the reissue desk.
I'll keep watching because something makes me think this will happen again before I fly
Not sure if this happened, but if you had been booked on flight DL3700 for SFO-LAX, it switched from a 7:29PM departure to 8:25PM in the July schedule which no longer meets MCT to catch DL1162.
