Any more experiences with this? I have a JFK-DOH-MLE in Y booked for October and the DOH-MLE leg has middle seats blocked. Chose exit row aisle and window for now (AA Plat so no charge). Do I just keep checking back to make sure the middle seat hasn't been opened and taken?
