Yes, we're hearing a lot of grumbling from folks whose reservations have jumped in price (not necessarily those who booked with AutoSlash). One recent example is
people who used the Mousesavers CDP who are now finding that their rates have tripled or more (AutoSlash never used this CDP so a non-issue for us).
We've dealt with a few isolated cases recently where reservations were showing a higher rate than originally booked but in all of those cases save for one, Hertz honored the originally booked rate at the rental counter, and in the other case, we reimbursed the customer for the difference in price.
So yes, if any of our customers are charged more than their quoted rate, we'll work to make sure that they are made whole one way or another. It's not only the right thing to do, but it's good business as well.
