If the loads are still low, 3across lieflat Y better than PE (armrests can't come up for PE). Believe food same as Y but you may get business class leftover desserts
Just note that some Y armrests can't come up either , ANA website has seatmap showing (typically bulkhead and exit row, and also the last 3-3-3 row before it narrows to 2-3-2)
