I stayed at The Otis in late 2020 - overall, it was a great stay. I was upgraded to a Corner Suite (listed as Luminary Suite in the app, but I think there are multiple types of Luminary Suites based on the room photos on the website - my suite looked more like the One-Bedroom Suite in the photos), which had a great view of the surrounding hills. The "couch" was bit small, but the bed was really nice and had JW Marriott bedding. I could never get the in-room safe to work, and the engineering team also couldn't figure out how to get it to work. The Titanium breakfast in Acre 41 was wonderful - these were honestly some of the best pancakes I have had in my life. Like other White Lodging properties in Austin, there is no in-room refrigerator.

I definitely think this is probably the best Marriott in downtown Austin.
