Does anyone know if this is an exit row seat with much more legroom than the Comfort+ seats? Is this a case where a preferred seat in main cabin is better than Comfort+? Also, do you know if the tv screen will be on the seat back of the seat in front of me of coming up from the arm rest? Thanks!
TV will be in the seatback of the seat in front of you. If it matters to you, C+ will come with amenities that the exit row will not, including a larger snack selection and booze.

it's been a while since I've sat there, but I believe the exit row seats indeed have the tray table in the armrest which cuts down on seat width a bit
I actually believe the tray tables are still on the seat in front but the tray is able to be extended out. The only exit row seats I've sat in where the tray table is in the armrests are the ones where there is no seat immediately in front (such as 21A/F on the 737-900, 19A/B/C on the 757-200, 21A/E on the 717, etc.). On the 737-800, row 17 and 18 are all rows of 3 with seats in front, so the tray tables and tvs are all in the seatback in front.
