Had 12 nights over 6 stays in the last 5 weeks (my first of 2021 thanks to UK lockdowns!) but yet to hear from an Ambassador this year. Did have some minimal and fairly generic contact in the middle of last year, but nothing since. To be fair to the program a lot of my stays tend to get booked with <1 week notice - especially with the changing nature of what we're allowed to do in the UK.
