Just cleared Amb after my last 30 day stay posted. Got a call from someone in India congratulating me and asking if there's anything they can help with and then sent an email with the information and asking if there's anything they can do for me during my current stay. They then fixed my stay that posted wrong very quickly for me. Other than fixing incorrect stays, can't imagine where I'd need their help. I usually make my own bookings as they're typically long stays.
