Stayed on FHR rate, upgraded to mountain view/high floor, and "urban destination charge" (whatever that is supposed to mean) was waived, and apparently it's waived for anyone with honors status.
Nice place to stay. Restaurant was good for dinner + breakfast, can't speak to honors breakfast as we had it included via FHR. Good location.
