I’ve always wondered why BA doesn’t have an automated mechanism to check the club member number before it gets to the staff member? You would think this would cut down a lot of the waiting time on the gold line.
I seem to recall at some point over my 23 years as a BAEC member you did put in your membership number before being put through to an agent.
