HA! i was going to say, good luck with the AA ExPlat (owe) desk when there is major weather and/or the updated schedule turn/cancellations. i have called when it has been at the worst in my personal experience up to 34 hours until it would be my turn.

lol. so i just hung up and waited to call the US number when i woke up in the UK the next morning.

but i think a vast majority here have been dealing with these frustrations for a number of months now. it is pleasant? absolutely not, but it is part of flying now at least while levels are still so low overall.
