The information provided by Ms. Welburn is in fact accurate. You will only receive Gold Passport points for the spa locations owned and operated by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. There are some spa facilities that are not owned by Hyatt, but utilize space at our properties, thus Gold Passport points are not awarded.
I apologize for any confusion regarding spa eligibility.
