I got through yesterday & spent a total of 50 mins on the phone (1st attempt just said soz lines too busy goodbye). Got through to helpful agent after maybe 40 mins in the queue at noon uk time. I was chasing missing seat fee & uua avios from a refund requested end of May. So keep trying! One thing I noticed is there was a gap between flower duet hold music and agent speaking - maybe a 10-15 second silent pause. I thought maybe I had been disconnected but hadn’t been.
