We can't add the Gold numbers in already existing reservations, a new one would have to be made. On the edit reservations screen we can only adjust pickup/dropoff time and location, vehicle class, phone number and form of payment.
Thanks for the info. This is something that is hard to understand in this day and age. Has anyone ever stated why this is the case ? I have had multiple problems with Hertz in the past few years concerning my Gold account. I was charged for cars reservations that had been cancelled several days before scheduled pick up. Is IT / Reservations that poorly configured ?
