I'm in a similar boat. Since COVID started, my stays are:
Charleston Renaissance over New Years
Vail at the Ritz in February

Upcoming:
Belize Autograph
Lexington Marriott
US Grant in San Diego

I haven't heard boo from the Ambassador program since November 2019 and I haven't seen any tangible benefits since a stay in Chicago that fall.
