Let's be more specific. For you, I believe that the only limiting dimension is the height of the bin opening, which is 8-1/2 inches on the two-seat side. In other words, once it goes in, it's fine; it's getting it past the opening that's tricky. So unless your case is fatter than those that I've seen, it should fit in the two-seat overhead bins.
