Cancelled flight but BA does not pick up the phone
I have a reservation OTP-LHR-ORD this coming Tuesday and the first segment was cancelled by BA. The flight was booked with Avios. The Avios team does not answer. They automatically disconnect your call after 1h of waiting on hold. The Gold line just arrogantly tell you that you are not a Gold member anymore and that you should ring the Avios line instead and then simply hang up on you. This is horrible customer service. What should I do?!
