Exactly, IATA Travel Center does not show anything but I didn't want to risk purchasing a last minute ticket during high season if I get denied boarding.
The agent only told me that I could fly if there are no restrictions on the date I'm traveling and if the restrictions remain in place, I could get a full refund back to my original payment.
I wouldn't give 100% guarantee that you would fly but I hope you succeed; there is also chance that the agent gave me misinformation.
