Well, I have done a little recon for future Transatlantic flight on 777-200. Using the tail code guide link others have graciously provided I have looked at track record for my flight path. Turns out that maybe 2/3 the time they have used planes with Diamond outfitted seating and 1/3 Zodiac. Appears this will indeed be a Russian roulette situation. I will continue to plan as if I get zodiac-ed.
