While I’m sure many of the service snafus can be remedied by adding staff and having better training in place, I can’t believe this hotel carries the St. Regis name based on the photos and design of the place - there are Proteas/Courtyards in Asia with more imaginative design and effort put into them than this. The Marriottization and dilution - or rather, bleaching away - of the legacy SPG brands continues in full force.
