Redeemed a CAT4, 7 night certificate for a reservation next week.

Shock of all shocks, it looks like the Ambassador line actually got it right on the very first try.
Couldn't get it done while I was on the line, but about an hour after I called in the request, I saw the email and reservation, with an indication that the certificate was being used, and no points taken out of my account.

Feel like I won the lottery.
