I don’t see anymore on the app or the desktop site the possibility to add a missing booking. For instance when you booked direct with a hotel or when you booked through an eligible 3rd party. This functionality existed before but I don’t see it anymore.

Also, did you ever experienced the following situation : hotel appears unavailable (fully booked) on Accor sites/App (not that I don’t even have the possibility to book with availability guarantee coming with Diamond status) while the hotel is bookable via 3rd party sites (e.g. Amex travel). Really weird.
