I had a flight change. I was originally scheduled on AA 921 for the evening of June 5th, but was changed to AA910, which was actually a better schedule for me. The airline put me up in a hotel in Miami, which was great. The only thing was that I had to pay a taxi because the hotel had stopped its shuttle bus service "because of the pandemic." I was told that I may be able to seek a refund of the taxi fare ($30 each way) from the airline. I also had a meal voucher, which I spent at the airport the morning of the flight.
I can confirm this. I am going to BOG in 30 days and so I have been following the regulations. The requirement has been gone for around 2 weeks or so now - June 6 I believe.
