FX rates are quite reasonable for BII credit cards in my past experience.
Citibank & HSBC credit cards has the highest FX rates in the industry according to my friend at Visa International. No other fees that I know off.
My wife used Citibank Visa for a hotel stay 'deposit' in the States (the hotel room is prepaid by travel agent). The hotel cashier erroneously charged the stay to the credit card and immediately realized the mistake & credited it back. The difference in FX rate was more than 5%, which was huge in my opinion.
